Full Manufacturers Warranty

Unlike many of the other internet retailers who buy their equipment from brokers on the “gray market”, Aqua Immersion buys their gear directly from the manufacturer. By doing this you can be guaranteed that every product we carry in our store comes with the FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY with no funny business and no gray market issues. We also will not ship product to you in pieces but rather fully assembled and performance tested to insure it is performing to manufacture’s specifications. If you should have any questions on the safe operation of your gear please don’t hesitate to call and ask questions.

At Aqua Immersion your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have a problem or concern with any of your purchases give us a call and let us know. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation and make it right. 

Special Orders

You may notice that some of the items on our site may say “On Order”. This means that we are temporarily out of the item but it is on the way so that we can restock our shelves. You are welcome to still order any “On Order” item, and we will get it to you as soon as possible, usually within two weeks. Your backordered products will only be billed when they are shipped and your shipping cost will stay the same as if your complete order has been shipped all together. 

Discounts

Occasionally we may offer discounts on orders that are placed through our on-line store. These discounts are typically applied to the entire product order but they do not include shipping charges, unless the discount is a shipping specific discount. 

Shipping

Those orders where the merchandise total meets or exceeds $100.00 USD and where the merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the 48 contiguous United States, qualify for FREE Ground Shipping with UPS or FedEx. 

Orders placed on weekdays before 2pm EST, for in stock items will ship that same day. Orders placed on weekends for in stock items will ship on the following Monday. Items out of stock will ship as soon as received from the manufacturer. Stock is subject to prior sale. All orders ship via UPS or FedEx with the exception of orders requested to be shipped to a PO Box which will be shipped by USPS. 

Delivery time will vary and is determined by the shipping method chosen at the time of checkout and is based on weekdays. Delivery to the shipping carrier will constitute delivery to the customer. 

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery requirements stated within their shipping guide. When a carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment, the decision of the carrier regarding a claim for refund will be final. 

International Orders

Sorry but Aqua Immersion does not ship to any international destinations including Canada and Mexico. 

Shipping Methods

Free Shipping – Your order will be delivered in 1 – 10 business days after your order has been placed.   If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will use either UPS or FedEx ground. Free shipping, when applicable, is available only in the Continental United States.

UPS/FedEx Ground – Your order will be delivered in 1 – 10 business days after your order has been placed. 

UPS/FedEx 3 Day Service – If ordered by 2pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, 3 business days after your order is placed.

UPS/FedEx 2 Day Service – If ordered by 2pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, 2 business days after your order is placed. 

UPS/FedEx Next Day Service – If ordered by 2pm EST your order will be delivered by the end of day, the following business day.

Returns Or Exchanges

Your satisfaction is always guaranteed at Aqua Immersion and we are happy to accept your return. You will receive a full money back refund, minus any shipping cost, if you return your product unused and in its original condition, including all manufactures packaging, owners manual, and warranty forms within fifteen days of the purchase date. Please visit our on-line store or email us at sale@aquaimmersion.com with your name, address, receipt number (found in your account) and the name of the product that you would like to return. We will then issue you a return authorization number (RMA#). Please do not return any products without this RMA# as it will be very difficult for us to provide you with the proper credit.
