Welcome to Aqua Immersion Dive ‘N Travel. We are a unique dive shop, unique in that we not only want to introduce you to our underwater world, but we want to teach you to explore it, enjoy it, and to help preserve it while also introducing you to a wide field of underwater opportunities.

You see, we feel that people want to learn how to dive because of the experience it can provide, and it’s not just the experience of merely blowing bubbles. The experience a lot of our clients are after is being part of an environment that is totally unlike any that they can encounter on dry land. This makes a diving certification not just an end unto itself, but a means to an end. In other words we want to teach clients to dive so they can achieve the many varied experiences they are after. We feel diving is the vehicle, not the destination and we don’t want to be known for merely issuing certifications but rather giving you the vehicle to go explore the great aquatic adventures that lie ahead after certification.

Yes, diving is a fun recreational activity, but what can you do with a diving certification? Where can you go? We want to open your eyes and give you new insight towards underwater professions or even fun and exciting activities on just a purely recreational level such as coral reef monitoring, or reef fish identification and studies. With a certification and quality training from Aqua Immersion, you could become an underwater photographer. Do you enjoy diving wrecks? Then, how about becoming an underwater archaeologist and becoming a member of such local organizations as M.A.S.T.? Are you a biology major? By becoming a certified diver you will be ready to conduct research on and collect specimens of underwater species. How about becoming a SCUBA Instructor and teaching or sharing your experiences with others? These are just a select few of the numerous jobs and activities out there for qualified SCUBA divers. And, you can be assured at Aqua Immersion that we will help you on whatever path you choose to follow.
